Ok I'm back. New problem

Im beginning to wonder if it's just me now.

Twice today I have been on here and have been redirected, without even touching anything or clicking a link, to offensive sites.

I could have had a Russian bride earlier today....however after the last one..... The second one im not even telling you it was so visually gross. I feel abused. That said the title incorporated the F word and had rather unfetching moving images.

I was just browsing and then minimins was gone and these sites were there is its place. Weirdly they didn't open as a pop up they totally replaced my screen.

Is this something that I have caused? I don't want to stop using the site!!

Are you on a phone or laptop. I use adblock Plus and touch wood I don't get any problems with any site.

What happened to your first Russian bride?

I'm on my iPhone normally and I've never had it before but twice today and it's not coming up like a pop up like an ad would it is literally replacing minis. It was weird. And yuck. Plus those Russian brides are EXPENSIVE.

Honestly I'm not comfortable taking screen shots of what is essentially porn. Not in this capacity any way. Haha. I don't have a problem sending the url if he wants it. For official reasons you understand. See what he says

I personally browse MiniMins as does mini and we do not see this hapening.

Now let's break down what's loaded on every page.

Google hosted JScript

Instagram
(The last 4 are for the embed of those sites content)

Images are proxy by MiniMins (we host the images for privacy and security).

Most likely I would think this is possibly caused by the advertising. Google Adsense has hundreds of advert networks and occasionally a few bad adverts get through (this was very problematic on the apps).

I do see a gambling advert every so often despite it being turned off as sensitive category's. I've reported it with no success.

This is a thread on Google forum with an official response posted. You can see it happens to others. I am sure Google is aware this is happening and will fix it very soon.

I can only apologise for what you have seen and write it down to the fact that there are bad people out there.

Advertising is a necessity in order to keep MiniMins free and available to everybody.

Fair enough I'll just chalk it up to the advertising bots. It must be all the browsing I do for mail order brides on Amazon it's never happened before and it's weird it was all the same day as me being blocked for content as well. Probably never happen again. I'll try not to take it too personally!

I'd rather see adverts for chocolate. Or cheese. Clearly they don't know me AT ALL!

Ok I see your post. I've removed it.

Blocked the URLs listed.

Looks like the redirector site is a known malware site.

I dunno if this will fix it or not.

Blocked dating and get rich quick categories.
