OK HERE I AM GOING TO COMMIT TO AN EXERCISE SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK.

SUNDAY:
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
Wii Fit for 30 mins.

MONDAY.
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
Wii Fit for 30 mins.
Body Balance Fitness Class.

TUESDAY
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
Body Pump Fitness Class.

WEDNESDAY.
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
Wii Fit for 30 mins.

THURSDAY
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
Wii Fit for 30 mins.

FRIDAY.
Slendertone abs and arms at least 2 sessions on each area.
Walk harvey for 2 miles.
***PRINCES TRUST TRAINING DAY*** <- Been looking forward to this day for AGES.

SATURDAY
***FRIENDS WEDDING*** <- Hope I look nice in one of the dresses I ordered!!

already upped my wii excercise from 40mins to 1hr 20mins each day, upgraded slendertone belt to one that checks heart rate and calories burned. counting steps daily, oh and joining the aquafit next week phew i'm shattered now just thinking about all that lol
 
I heard those midnight walks are for breast cancer and the women do them in their bras??? Is that what ur sis is doing?
Yeah, i think most of em are ...think this one is for our local hospice tho ..same kinda thing

yea heart rate monitor is a great incentive to work-out at a faster pace, didn't think i was as fit as i am. i'm up to 72 on my abs at the minute and hoping to up it to 75 over the next few days OUCHHHHHHH
 
i will do my magiclegs dvd - that contraption is a killer mind eek!!!

then if i aint dead i will rob someones dog and take it for a brisk walk
