Ok so im back again.

So its summer and there are a whole lot of exciting things about to take place in my life this year! :) I have holidays in August (Goal) along with my sisters 40th, my nephews Christening AND I am moving to London from Ireland in September. Ive been on here for a while now, for those of you who read my posts before last year was a bad year due to family illness, relationships and weight but we wont go into that as Im leaving it all behind and for the first time in a LONG time I can safely say at 23 that I am beyond excited about my future and ready to move on mentally from everything.

So im doing weightwatchers with my mom dad and sister. we had our first weigh in today at 14. 2.8 (in the evening after dinner next week itll be early) and i am starting my points tomorrow.

Im allergic to gluten and dairy so have been advised to cut down. The doc said not completely but just not to eat loads of it. so anyway here what my RESTART summer 2010 plan is.

exercise will be the fun part. I am doing a 5 week kickboxing course for two nights a week. its taebo and ive done it before love it. I have also odered the zumba fitness dvd and want to do that three times a week. as its dancey and girly and fun and something i dont think ill get bored of quick. plus a mate is doing it with me so bit of motivation.

Im gonna up the exercise every week. and push myself that bit further everyweek to lose the weight. but i find my obsession has gotten out of hand. im either eating all around me and its the wrong stuff or else im eating like a rabit and as areuslt im yoyoings up and down. ive decided to live normally and stop letting my weight control me. if i slip up i have to leave in in that moment and forget about it rather than binge or get pissed off with guilt. its all about mentality and im ready to finsh the journey i started. I am also taking glucophage for pcos which is meant to aid weightloss.

My holiday is the last week in august and i would love to lose two- two and a half stone. My overall aim is ten- ten and half stone.
