Thanks everyone. It was really nice to weigh 4lbs lighter!.. I am now only 1 and half off where I was which is really nice! It was a big shock to see 4lbs off as I wasnt sure at all! Just shows like Theria said, if you don't let one thing effect the rest of the day/week.

I am going to up the exercise this week, and stick to doing red and green as that has obviously worked and hopefully I will get that 4lbs again, would love it.. never been able to lose 4 and then another number more than 2 the week after. We shall see!!!
 
I had a weekend like that too - ate 2 large white baguettes filled with rosat chicken ( the only part of this im actually allowed!) and covered in gravy made with the juices :(
 
I am sure you will be alright, just keep eating the superfree and the super speed foods and lots of water and hopefully it should flush through *fingers crossed* for you x x
