Old faithful rejoined today !

After many failed attepmts at several other diets and faffing around getting nowhere and always starving i have rejoined SW today ! I didn't feel arkward or embarrassed at seeing my old consultant and she made me feel really welcome ! This time i reslly need to knuckle down i have 4 stone at the very least , scary but one day at a time is going to be my approach ! Good luck to anyone else who has joined this week x

I rejoined my old group last night, after starting again new years day. I have really struggled though and feel i need the support of group. I also have 4 stone to lose, so we are in this toghether. I am doing green days how about you?

I generally prefer green , this time i am going to try and mix things up abit and try some days on EE, sometimes i struggle only having 1HEXB, so i really need to plan my days rather than bumbling from one day to the next ! We can do this !!
