Olive Oil on Weight Watchers

This is my first post, so Hello everyone!

Used to go to WW last year and have just started again. Last year I was only 6 lbs away from goal then I had a knee injury(could not exercise for 4 weeks), Christmas and then a 2 week holiday in Goa, anyway I have gained an additional 9 lbs :confused:So its time to go back on the plan!

I'm doing it myself this time rather than going to the classes as its a money and time issue. So I need to be more focused.

I thought I had my head around the new PP system but my friend told me that now you should have 2 tspn of olive oil a day and NOT point it.........can this be true?

Also are there any other new things that have been introduced this year that I should be aware of?

I'm on 29 points - 5ft 1" tall and weight 9st 11.5

The olive oil thing is only if you are following the other WW plan where you eat foods highlighted in the book in green and only count your weekly 49.

It is called SimplyFilling and is discussed on page 31 of the red book called Live. Worth joining to get a new set of books. Lots of newspapers have coupons for free registration and free week 1.
