I think from here on out Im gonna plan eating as I dont want to break this.
Day 21 (Tues):

Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge made with water (8.30 am)

Lunch: Meeting friend, going to have grilled chicken bibmibap (like a hot salad with rice & chicken) gonna be big so should keep me going

Dinner: Veg soup. (Mother showed me how to make it!), WW yoghurt.

Drinks: Just water (hope 5 ltrs)

Exercise: 11 Mile cycle (work commute), 3 mile run after work

I dont drink any where near enough water any more :(

Just went to the shop and bought myself a 1.25 litre bottle of diet coke... once Im done with this im going to start carrying it arround as my water bottle again to be good!!

hows the water going? Veg soup was lovely.. But so many diff types of veg into it and worked out well!

Dinner: Veg soup. 1 slice of brown bread, Alpen Light Bar, satsuma

Drinks: Just water (5 ltrs)

Exercise: 17 Mile cycle

And today:
Day 23:

Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge made with water (8.30 am), WW yoghurt

Lunch: Steamed Salmon Salad. Apple

Dinner: Housemates bday. Going to mexica. Will let you know

Drinks: Just water (5 ltrs)

Exercise: 15 Mile cycle
