Omega 3 6 and 9

Hi,
I was just wondering if you can take omega 3 6 and 9 without it affecting weight loss on exante diet ? I have arthritus and am recommended to take this but don't want to slow down weight loss Also I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 11st 9lb and doing total solutions so what kind of weight loss can I expect ?

Hi Nikki I can't help with the omega but the average weight loss on a vlcd is about a stone a month, though often a bit more in the first month.
