Hi all

Just need some help with eating out tomorrow.

I'm going to a pub for lunch, have checked out the menu and was planning on have beans on a jacket. However my tummy is not happy with me (had mixed bean salad at lunch) so I think I'm gonna have to give beans a rest tomorrow!

I was thinking of having an omelette...I know theyre free when you do them yourself but what sort of synnage should I estimate for one eaten in a pub?

Any thoughts?

I guess you would have to take into consideration that they may use full fat milk and also oil that they will use to cook it. Also, depends what you are having in it too...

I wouldnt be scared to asked to be honest.
Find out what malk they use and ask them to cook it in as little oil as possible

My main concern would be the cheese, so I would ask them to make the omelette with the veg but leave the cheese out altogether. You can have a perfectly good omelette without it.
