Omelette?

    This might sound like a silly question but if I was to have an omelette on a red day with ham and mushroom and cook it with Frylight would that be free? I thought it was but then someone else doing SW has just told me it has a syn value :( xxx

    i always have these and class them as free, jus remember to use the milk as ya hea or syns :)

    i live on omelettes :)

    It's free - eggs are free on both and so is mushroom. The ham is free on red so yep eat away and enjoy!!

    I dont use milk in mine just a little water and it tastes just as nice.

    That's what I thought too, I meant to say that I would take the milk from my Hex A too so I thought it would be free then xx

    Yes its free I sometimes use a bit of quark instead of milk. :)

    i make mine with low fat cottage cheese and it kind of melts and goes a bit stringy like mozzerela, if you use a bit of cheese from your healthy a aswell its lovely

    Thank you ladies!!! You are all fab!!! I love omelettes and they are quick and easy and I suddenly worried that I might have been thinking that they were syn free when they aren't! Thanks again xx
