Have made an Apple Betty as trying to find low syn desserts. Anyway, not a massive fan of apples but thought I'd give it a go and it is lush! It's more like a creme caramel consistency but so nice. i think I would like more sultanas but that adds to the syns. if you haven't tried it, give it a go - it was the easiest thing to make.
Also made a tortilla and some cous cous so been a busy bee.....however, just had a 2 finger Kitkat so am now going to look at the syn value [prob should have done that before I put it in my mouth!]
