Homemade lentil shepherdess pie with 2 syns worth reduced fat cheddar cheese on the top of the mashed potatoes (2.5 syns)

And despite eating all those naughty choccies yesterday, a sneaky weigh in this morning shows that miraculously I seem to have lost a quarter of a pound!! :banana_dancer:
Thursday however might be a different story!!:pillowfight::king2:

2 slices hovis wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (Hex b)
2 tsp Flora Light (1 syn)
Half tin plum tomatoes
3 Morrisons smoked turkey rashers (free!! :D)
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Coffee with semi skimmed milk from allowance (250 mls semi skimmed milk- Hex a)

Lunch

Well I ended up going over my weekly syns (117.5) but I’ve lost 0.5 lb!! Amazing!!

Mug shot smokey bbq (1 syn - pity they’re no longer free but hey ho !!)

Oxo beef cube in hot water as savoury drink
Apples , banana and satsuma
Matchmaker mint x 1 stick (0.5 syn)
Small piece cheese and bacon quiche- made by my lovely colleague who is now thankfully recovering v well after having her operation today) not sure of syns but to be on the safe side I searched on the app- 13.5 syns :eek::eek::rolleyes:
Aldi harvest morn benefit bar- chocolate fudge- (3 syns)
Pepsi max cherry- 1x 330 ml can

Another good day there Kazz:) mine started off well and then went haywire at the bread counter in Lidl..I was kidnapped by a 5 pack of flat breads:eek: don't worry though..I ate my way free:D it took me over 500 and odd calories to do it though :D X

Oh my I am behind with this diary!! Well I’ve been off plan on and off this week, cautiously mind! However I have lost 1lb this week but I’m going to be having a little respite until after Christmas so see you then!! Merry Christmas everyone!!
