But we’re saving it for tomorrow night!! Mum liked the taste too!! She was surprised when I said the sauce was made with yogurt!!

Dinner tonight, shepherds pie (2 syns for the cheesy mash), steamed veg

Breakfast this morning, porridge oats banana Greek yogurt, berries and sweetener, splash of milk from allowance

Lunch; Syn free speed veg minestrone soup
Small portion of sw classic cheese and onion pie (3 syns for cheese- it was a small slice!!)
Lean ham slices (I get Morrisons carvery breaded ham which is free and very tasty!! )

Morning everyone!! Just thought I’d check the syns on the turkey burgers I’ve been using from Morrisons, and just as well, it turns out they’re 1.5 syns each according to sw syns calculator!! So I’ve gone back and amended where necessary in my food diary!!:rolleyes::p

Here is my undoing... the perils of sitting next to a serial snacker in the workplace!! Normally I can resist, and my work mate is a lovely lady but loves her snacks and yesterday through stress and emotional upset (rowing with mum before work and several stressful phone calls later!!), I was a sitting duck!!. As I say, usually I’m impervious to illicit snacks like this and I can resist but not yesterday...:rolleyes:
