Hi guy, been so gud so far only in wk 3. last nite i hadnt seen my bf for jus ova 2 wks so we got a chinese a chinese of all the bloody food out there!!! was not even hungry but of course i had it a big plate full so so so pi**ed off with myself. jumped on the scales and 2lb up from 1 meal cant believe it why why why??????:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
totally out of keotsis, hopefully i could be back in it in time for thursday wi ??? do ya think? my mind is totally back on track i DNT want to eat i know that and the shakes are gonna do me fine. i didnt find the first few days as bad as some so am hoping they will pass quickly. has any 1 fallen off as bad and if so the results of wi or how oyu felt any advise pls???

A lot of that gain will be water retention due to the salt content of the food. Get straight back on CD, and drink lots of water to flush theexcess water through.

Dont beat yourself up hon, brush yourself off.. and jump back on.
Lots of water to flush it out will do the trick..

thanks i wonderd how that could be 2lb i know i ate a bit but not 7000kcals lol i drank a liter with my dinner and nearly 2 this morning so im defo drinking loads thanks guys and im back on track
