OMG - How complictated !

Hi All
I have just signed up on line for SW. Dabbled years and years ago with it, and to be honest I never really understood it then.

I've read all the things to read, but still don't fully understand it.

I understand the red and green days and the HE a's and b's.

However, a coupld of my FB friends said they stick to orange days all the time as it is easiest. I can't work out what an orange day consists of !

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think by orange day they mean Extra Easy. If you download all the pdf's of the foods (Superfree and free) they use 3 colours to denote what you can have on what day - green for Green Days, red for Original days and orange for Extra Easy days.

Don't worry about finding online hard to understand. I did exactly the same and then found this site where a good study of the threads explained almost everything.
