Omg I am so happy !!!

I have been shopping today and I am a size 12!!! in just 8 short weeks I have gone from a borderline 18 and so unhappy to a size 12 I cant believe it...... I have had a sneaky peek on the scales as my weigh in is on Monday and I have lost 40lb in total I hope this will encourage someone to carry on because it really is a hard diet but it sure does pay off. good luck everyone xxx
