omg no i am so gutted

day 4 yesterday of restart was doing so well then i goes and has a large donner kebab with chips..


how many calories would you say that was? was donner meat salad and garlic sauce in pitta bread and then chips :( i could kick myself... soo gutted... and i weghed yesterday had lost 3 pounds since restarteing tuesday.. prob gained it all back now..

i am back on track today but feel like poo i am so excited to get into the 13 stone bracket.. at this rate it wont happen..

how many calories do you think it was?

Nellis is right ... there's just no point second-guessing how many cals you consumed: they've been eaten and that's that. Now just draw a line under the event and move on (but remember how it made you feel so you don't tread that path again).

I agree with Dancing, think there might be a lesson to learn from what happened yesterday. i know ive done it before but you only fail if you dont learn from your mistakes.

Just put it behind you hun, I had a horrific day on day six (long story but I thought I had poisened my self with too much water and paniced-eat loads of pasta and crisps!) but I stayed the same weight, just don't let the guilt get to you, it's a slippery slope! Start afreash today and before you know it you will have lost loads! Good luck xxxx

Totally agree with what everyone else has said...it's done now, move on and make this restart count. So, put the stick down and stop beating yourself up!

Remember why you started doing The Cambridge Diet in the first place and what it is gonna give you back that is currently missing from your life...

You can do this but only if you truly want to so...you decide?
