OMG salmon is delicious

i just had my first piece of salmon, it was truly delicious. I cooked it in the steamer and it was really tender. A real taste sensation.

I have never really liked fish not even fish and chips, but I am totally loving it now, it is definitely worth a try.
Salmon, smoked salmon and smoked mackerel are total favourites of mine now.

I am having salmon for tea tonight.
Baked in the oven with runner beans and baby tomatoes all sprinkled with basil, served with new potatoes and steamed carrots.
Not only have I changed my tastes, but my husband's and daughter's (who is only 4, so is being an absolute star).
