Omg what have i done :O

Haha, i know.. i got on and almost demanded a re-weigh lol.. but i know that i usually put weight on the week after,.. so i am being extra good this week. today i have had 3 syn free pancakes with sweetner, mullerlight and 28g jordans musilie with an apple for breakfast, .. tomatoe based pasta with lots of salad for dinner, and for tea i had home made chilli con carni with extra lean mince, lots of peppers and red onion, tinned tomatoes and kidney beans with lots of rice and v low fat natural yog and some cheese.. using a shwartz packet .. so today syns have bin 4.5 ( 3 for the tom sauce and 1.5 for packet ) xxxxxx and i am joining a gym 2mo.. so hopefully same result next week! xxxxx
