810 is more than likely to kick you out of ketosis, at least that's what my booklet says. It is still a low calorie plan though so you will deffo lose weight

I really don't think I'm going to lose much more this week though, my scales refused to budge for a few days before Thursday's WI whcih accounts for the sudden drop.
