On 810...

    Am I supposed to be in ketosis?

    Just used a ketostick and came out negative.
    (Not really bothered whether I am or not, on 810 I get so much food I'm never hungry anyway!)

    810 is more than likely to kick you out of ketosis, at least that's what my booklet says. It is still a low calorie plan though so you will deffo lose weight :D

    Oh I figured that bit, I've lost 2lbs in 2 days! :eek:

    Hope it carries on like this :D

    I haven't got the yellow booklet yet, explains why I didn't find that bit of info. :)

    How do you know what you're allowed to eat??

    I'm on 810 and am rarely in ketosis. It doesn't seem to make a difference to my losses though!

    I desperately need the book next week though or I can't move onto 1000 :p
    It's so confusing!

    I really don't think I'm going to lose much more this week though, my scales refused to budge for a few days before Thursday's WI whcih accounts for the sudden drop.

    Nice to hope for though :p
