On a green day can I have chicken as a HEB?

    My Mum's roast is syn free aside from gravy I can syn and the meat as I only do green days. I would much rather have chicken with it than quorn but not sure if I would be able to count it as a HEB? Its skinless. :)

    Yes you can. 71gms cooked chicken or 113gms raw chicken is 1 HEXB on green.

    Im making Yorkies today..big ones.

    Sadly, others will get the benefit and i shall simply enjoy my chicken, potatoes and vegies (with a little gravy for good measure).

    I make the best Yorkshire puddings! Of course I was born in Yorkshire :) Now you all know how Yorkshire puddings came to be don't you?
