On a mission to loose 3 stone by April! Who's with me?

Thank you! Got through my first time eating out on SW last night too. It won't count as a 'diet' day but I didn't go overboard. Had a veggie soup (no bread and butter) followed by risotto (wasn't rich and creamy, so I'm hoping it wasn't too fattening) and a side salad. I stopped eating when I was full rather than finish my plate which is what I always used to do. Also had a couple of drinks.

I find being vegetarian, that options when eating out are nearly always very fatty - laden with cheese etc. The only other veggie option was cheese and onion pie which would have been worse I'm sure!

Yes not sure why they do that xx the food you had doesnt seem to bad xx im laid out on sofa lol

I'm veggie as well and there is always limited choice so does make it harder. We are going on hols for the weekend band worried about sticking to plan, think you did well with your choices x

I re-Joined 2 Weeks ago and lost 5lb in my first week, had another good week this week but weigh-in isn't until Tuesday evening so don't know how i've done yet. I'd love to losr 3st by April :D

If u stick to it u will do it and if u do fall slightly off wagon just draw a line under it and start again at next meal xx i used to say the next day but u can limit the damage done if u get straight back on again at the next meal xx
 
Well I only lost 1lb this week, but it's still; a loss and I'm still heading in the right direction.

I am also now exactly halfway to goal so feeling very happy about that milestone. I've only got to do again what I've already done. Simples!

I lost 1lbs this week and it was star week so I'm pleased I'm hoping to clear 2 on Monday to reach my half stone off - fingers crossed!! I feel slimmer and I'm determined.

Well done on your loss. Think the 777 challenge sounds good - I really need to drink more water. Think I will have a go at this next week :)

I would love to have lost a total of 3st by April 2015.

I joined in September 2014 & I have lost 18lbs so far so another 24lbs for me to lose!!

Once I have lost this 3st I will still have another 3st to lose to get to my target weight & I would love to achieve that by April 2016.

I worked all that out that if I lost 1lb a week from the date I started I would be at target weight for 16th April 2016 & it will probably take me that long cos I am a slow loser!

I get through loooooads of water, but I'm going to do that 777 starting on Friday!!

I'm meant to WI tomorrow but going out instead, I'll weigh myself before I go out for a decent idea on how I'm doing!!

Just think how good we'll look at summer/next xmas!!

I have been trying to lose weight for years and I have been putting it off day by day but never have I stuck with it. So I have decided to stop buying products and devise a plan which works for me using the products I have already. So a "shake that weight" in the morning, a low fat yogurt in the afternoon and a piece of fruit and for dinner a "lighterlife" meal or weight watcher soup. I have 65kg to lose which is like 10 stones. I want to do this before my 25th birthday too. Anybody want to be my weight loss buddy?
