hi and welcome to the forum, well done for getting through day 1 and 2. im on day 4 now, its not easy the first few days, im hoping it will get a lot easier, but i have stuck to it 100% I have already lost 8 lbs so thats an incentive, I am a scales junkie and weigh every morning. I did LL 10 years ago and lost 7 stones, so I know i can do a vlcd.i have also tried cambridge and agree the food packs from s and s are so much tastier, I have also ordered some miracle pasta, which is 0 cals and 0 carbs so i can pad out my meals, it looks as though we have a similar amount of weight to lose so good luck and keep in touch. xx
