Hello there,
I used this site this year to help me shift 5 stones - I've been maintaining for over 4 months now, so time for the next challenge!
I gave up on Friday afternoon and although I have used lozenges, I have been smoke free for exactly 3 days now.
Feeling a bit anxious and a bit down in the dumps, but I am really pleased that I have not given in to any cravings at this point in time.
I am hoping that having used a lot of mental willpower to lose the weight, I won't want to 'give up' on this next challenge - I hope so at least!
Anyway, please let me know if you've any hints or tips!
