    Sitting here with my nice frothy chic mint shake readin through the posts.

    I had a crappy day yesterday, only had half a shake all day then went home and I ate pork chops & wedges for dinner.

    Today is 150% SS, OH will end up getting a take away so I will be in the bath. Bought myself a heap load of books & OH bought me True Blood complete book set for crimbo, so should keep me busy for the weeks.

    How are we all getting on?

    Good thanks. Day 2 and still 100%. Managed to drink much more than I ever thought I would. So overally ok. Just waiting for ketosis to kick in to stop my tummy rummbling!! hehe!

    hey , well done gtting back on track , the damage is only done when you think 'sod it ' after a little slip up :)
    I have just had my lush choc mint shake too .. mmmmmm
    I am on day 6 now and still not in ketosis for some reason so really struggling with being hungry , but I am 13 lb down since sunday so something is working :)
