Re-joined group this morning so thought id start a diary aswell.

Missed brekkie due to group bein at 9.30 and didnt get back until 11.15am so just hada hi fi bar- heb

Lunch

Tomato and herb mugshot with a side salad (lettuce, celery, grated carrot, shredded red cabbage)
toffee muller

Dinner
Pasta bol- ( ex lean mince, loads of onions, passata and chopped toms, mushrooms and pasta with hexa cheese)
apple

peperami mini 1
curly wurly 6
pkt french fries 4
Total = 13

Breakfast
2x wholemeal toast from 400g loaf hxb
2 aldi belight cheese triangle 2/3 hxa
Lunch
2 quorns sausage, mushrooms, scrambled egg, tinned toms
Apple & banna

Dinner
Quorn peppered steak, mash with 1 aldi belight cheese triangle, carrots and peas
toffee muller

Will also fit in a curly wurly, pkt sqaures from multipack, pink n white and my other hxb hi fi bar.
