Breakfast – 2 slices 400g loaf wholemeal with scraping of spread (hexb 1.5syns)

Snack – grapes, orange & strawberries (free)

Lunch- prawns mixed with pasta chopped tomatoes, fresh chillies, peppers, onion & garlic, strawberry shape yoghurt (free)

Snack – banana & 2 sweeties (free & 3 syns)

Dinner – (eating out with work 2nte so will be a flexi dinner cant wait :D)

(18.5 saved from yesterday and today to go towards evening meal :D)

snack - tayto advantage & 2 liquorice (8 syns)

lunch - 2 roast chicken mughsot, banana (free)
dinner - cheese, onion & bacon potato cakes with curry savoury rice & 2 tbsp ex light mayo (free hexa hexb & 1.5 syns)

snack - 2 slices nimble with scraping of spread & a banana (hexb free & 2 syns)

(250ml milk used for coffee throughout the day - hexa)

total - 11.5/15
