Hey everyone!! New around here so forgive me if I'm doing stuff backwards!!
Have to shift a good 3-4 stone, iv two beautiful babies, the youngest is 9 months. Time to shift the pounds so decided to give exante diet a go!
I have zero will power... Zilch... Nada. So need to see results quick if I'm to stay motivated to stick with anything. Trying to total solution, started today. I have to say... It's not as bad as I expected. I thought I would be absolutely starving and like a demon but iv surprised myself! I got the 2 week starter pack. Had a banana shake for breakfast, a toffee nut bar for lunch (both very pleasant overall) and tried a veg soup for dinner. But... Yuk. Couldn't stomach more than 4/5 teaspoons. I think it's the smell and the texture more so than the taste. I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same way in relation to the soups and if you have any advice? Less water, more water etc etc? I added chilli and pepper to try and spruce it up but nope... Couldn't hack it.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to getting to know you all!
