    Hi, been to my WI and lost 4lb so am very motivated, its more than ive lost for weeks (due to messing!) Next week here i come!!!!!!! i decided last week if i stick to this 100% i will loose weight (not exactly a newsflash but the penny only dropped last week!)

    Sometimes you have weeks like that, where the penny drops ... well done on WL, drink plenty of water and you'll be losing well next week too.
