I've been waking up very early... bloomin' birds just wont shut up !
Are you drinking enough? It really curbs hunger pangs...
I'm always thinking about food - but it's not always about eating it now... I'm getting my head into end game I think (still along way off mind).
Good luck - get all the rubbish jobs done that we've been putting off for ages :rolleyes:

im on day 5 too :D cant quite believe it really!
i dont feel hungry as such but i still have a fuzzy head and an empty feeling in my belly!! im also having major food cravings!!
well done to you and as its been said your over the worst now, and can look forward to that lovely first weigh in!!
when is yours?

hi everyone i'm on day 4 today and stuck to it 100% will be getting weighed on mon which will only be day 6 but i will be interested to see how i get on, i'm feeling a little cold other than that-:break_diet: my hunger issues are mental rather than physical - i think its all to do with will power...

Hey...

It'll be worth it after your first weigh in, you've done really well to get this far. The first week is the toughest but I've found it gets alot easier
