ok so its been almost three months since i reached my goal weight and ive exceeded it and other than going up or down 2-3lbs ive stayed the same. i am so pleased with myself and i thought you would like to know that once you get to goal, you dont have to put it all back on.
i also work hard to keep it off with lots of exercise and logging my calories into MFP every day (or most days) but to my mind its worth it dont you think?
