I was just wondering when it's your time of the month do you find you are extra hungry? I came on Saturday and mega heavy bloated etc and eating like a horse lol ?

yes i do!! when i get like that i go green....and make the most of filling stodge as well as 2 x heb's which i use for fibre plus bars!!

I'm on my 3rd pear already lol just want to eat and eat lol am always in green unless I fancy something meaty which I don't often do lol x

Yep!! I can and will eat like a horse. I might even eat a horse if the opportunity arises, lol! Unfortunately I always crave loads of bread and cake when I'm due on, and I'm rubbish at resisting!
