One for then men, how many packs are you having success with?

HI everybody

After 4 really good weeks my weight loss has all but stopped. I have been on three shakes a day + either 100g chicken + salad or another s& s meal pack + salad.
I was wondering if I now for some reason need to go up to five packs a day or manipulate the packs in another way?

So was wondering what other men who are on the plan are doing?
