One last go at this alone

So mon 4/2/13 extra easy day. Breakfast was a Special K cereal bar (HEb) and a banana. Lunch was pasta with lettuce, tomato, spring onions and carrots with 30g cheese (HEa) and 2 tbsp of asda extra light mayo (1 syn) afternoon snacks of couple slice of ham, grapes and a muller light Greek style yogurt (1/2 syn) tea with be pork chop, potatoes, carrots and peas with pork gravy (1 1/2 syns) used 100ml of milk for coffee (2 1/2 syns)
 
Tues 5 th feb. green day. Breakfast was a banana, lunch was pasta salad with cheese (HEa) and a bun (HEb) with a scraping of butter (2 syns) and extra light mayo (2 syns) tea will be pasta n sauce (1 syn) with a bun (HEb) extra mushrooms and sw chips with some salad. Also used milk for coffee (HEa) and have fruit for snacking on. Used 3 syns for 125ml cherry coke full fat so total of 8 syns today
