One last go!

I am giving cambridge another go (forgot how many times i have tried now!)

I am starting tomorrow, think i have about 10 days worth of packs in the house so no excuses.

i will no doubt be on all day tomorrow for encouragement.

anyone have any tips to help me stick with it this time!!

tried every diet going and I cant stick to any of them so figured i may as well not eat! ha ha x x

are you going to see a CDC? my tip is to get weighed even if you dont need to buy any packs for 10 days so you will see your 1st week recorded down on your green book, it wlways spurs me on

Thnaks for all of the replies, i knew I could rely on you all! Day one ok up to now, 2 shakes and 1 1/2 litres of water up to now. Will probably be having 4 shakes for a few days because i am going back to the gym aswell and can't survive on 3 shakes.

Stay busy..... clean out your drawers, watch some old movies, stay on here all day reading peoples blogs and weight loss stories and pretty soon your's will be on here too!!!
