One last time!

im back again, after 2 months or so of some self indulgences including drinking and eating (eek!) i have decided to do start again on total solution, i have about 2 weeks of lighterlife packs that i will be finishing and then will be using exante packs from then on.
i want to lose about two to three stone and am hoping that this diary will keep me on the straight and narrow by logging what i have in terms of foodpacks and also what exercise i will be doing as i have 10k run to complete in april that i need to get training for!

im gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning and see what the damage is after being pretty carb heavy today :doh: and then go from there with weds mornings being my weekly weigh in point! not gonna lie i am a daily weigher sort of person, but i feel it keeps me on the straight and narrow on vlcd!
