One more day and it's the end of week 2!

It has been an interesting week. The biggest thing is that by 3 pm I am freezing and having to pile on the layers, thick woolly socks really help!
I have found that now I have the odd niggling thought related to food but it really is simply bad habits and emotions, I would eat when I was happy, sad or simply bored, trying to work through it is hard. I turn to my water.
I am reading and walking to keep myself busy.
Monday morning is weigh in day, so plenty to look forward to and having weigh day on Monday helps keep me focused over the weekend.:)
