One of the uses of Lettuce!

Hi - had homemade burger and SW chips last night, but instead of a bread roll I used lettuce leaves. Was an OK free substitute so I did it again today with some bacon.....

I love using lettuce like that, I use lettuce gems and sometimes put a sausage inside one.
Also I love cooking mince, onions, mushrooms & adding a beef oxo cube and having them with lettuce too mmmmm xxx

I don't like bread really so instead of a sandwich I have lettuce, ham and peppers all rolled up and dip them in cottage cheese.... gorgeous!

I use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas to have Slimming World Friendly fajitas very very tasty.

I love romaine lettuce leaves used as a wrap.....
