Hi all. did atkins for 6 weeks but failed to lose weight for the last 3 of those 6. for the last week i have gone back to low calorie so my body gets used to carbs again and put on about 1lb.

i'm starting the dukan diet attack phase today and was wondering how many grams of onions your allowed a day on attack (if any)

i bought tesco value fruit fromage frais ( very small pots) and planned to have 2 a day mixed with oat bran. are those yoghurts ok ? cant see any fruit pieces in them
    thanks

( sorry i post this in the wrong forum) how do i delete it ?

I am no expert but I don't think onion is allowed on attack.

The fruit fromage frais (I presume ff) are tolerated on attack but, as you say, a max of 2 a day. I had fruit ww yogurts on attack (max 2 a day usually one and at the end none) and did ok. I am now not buying fruit yogurts.

Just enough for taste is the official line. Which isnt all that helpful.
