I've never had one,I'm guessing all squash is the same? Or try google? Let us know what it's like,I'm known for buying them just because they look cute in kitchen! X
You just cook em the same way AFAIK. Ive got two Im putting in a curry at the w/e as they didnt have any pumpkins and they looked kinda similar but mini versions Someone else on here had one though and said it tasted really bland, but I forget who it was now. Hope it was just a dud :sigh:
I peeled, deseeded it and cut into slice, sprinkled with salt, black pepper, hot chilli flakes and garlic, just like I do to BNS and roasted - Absolutely lovely!
