Attack Onions and garlic

I think onions should be used more for flavouring in attack rather than actually eating them. Not so sure about garlic. An expert will come along soon Whitey :)

Thank you! I've just done a google search and I think they are both ok but as a garnish rather than a side dish

A teaspoon of fresh minced onion as a flavouring in mince would be ok, and the same amount of fresh garlic.
Or you can use chopped chives instead.

Me neither - I am sure the book says half an onion - although I did think that was generous! Thanks for your help. Will post my menu for Sunday too which is going to be my first day
