only 1 and a half pounds

Feeling a little low, just finished my first week, was really good - no cheating. Only lost one and a half pounds. I thought people usually lose more in their first week :confused:
 
well done that is a fab loss not as much as you wanted but all in the right direction and depending on how much you have to loose etc losses can vary tremendously ,keep up the good work and im sure things will even out your body is getting used to a new way off eating xx:)
