As my leader said to a guy in my meeting once- "it wouldn't be 'only' half if that half was what you needed to get to goal."
Helped me see them a bit more positive :) But well done, it's still off and not on :D

Hi yes i know it just seemed i have worked very hard for a half still they all add up you are doing really well well done lol x

I've only done 1/2 for 3 weeks on the trot now and I'm only 6 weeks in so I understand the frustration but my leader told me similar last night - she asked if I'd think it was minimal if it was 1/2lb going ON not off and I instantly decided that its fine I'll take it lol

I know how you feel- I had that tonight, I felt like I'd worked so much harder than a half but still better off than on.
And thanks, you're on the same track too though :D
