Onto step 3

Apparanty i'm not over weight just hit under 25 on BMI. :)

I got put on the step 3 but i'm still wanting to lose about 2(ish) more stone so I'm in the middle of the healthy BMI.

On the step 2 i was losing about 2 pounds a week now that i have gone onto step 3 = more calories, doesn't that mean i will lose less?

Just a few questions about step 3.
Do i do step 3a or step 3b?
