I have just made a smoothie for my breakfast, delish!

I put in 130g of frozen (defrosted) fruit, small banana and a pot of pearl du lait coconut yogurt, total 5ppts.

Through a straw, very nice indeed.

I like a raspeberry soy smoothie - 1/2pt Alpro Light soya milk with a handful or two of frozen raspberries (leave them frozen) and a tsp of honey. 3PP and gorgeous, like a sorbet!

I'm having a smoothie for my brekkie as we speak! I hate smoothie that are too thick they make me gag!

Mine is a strawberry and raspberry one.

    Mullerlight strawberry,
    60g raspberries
1/4 pint or 140ml of Skimmed milk
    1 tsp of splenda

    4pp

I mesure the milk and pop in half the milk and the raspberries in and blend then add the yog blitz and add the rest of the milk until required consistency!

    And its perfect!
