Thanks both of you. My friend took me to weigh, she has been on lipotrim for 13 weeks and shes gone from 14st 11lbs down to 11 st 2lbs and she looks amazing. After we had weighed she went to buy a new top for a special night out. You should of seen her lil waist!!!!!! All you could here from the changing room was "Shelly, get me a 12 hun, the 14 is too big". We couldnt stop laughing, usually she used to hide what size she was. She started the diet at a size 20. She's my lil ray of inspiration.

i know its great in it. I see your doing fab also Shazpaz. How are you finding the shakes and soup?

I got myself a blender coz when I first started I kept getting lumps......not good!! I have to have the shakes ice cold. That way I dont mind them. With the soup I add a bit of paprika and it makes it A LOT better. It really is an amazing diet isn't it. I'm not hungery, how about you? I just find I'm a bit bored of them, but at least my stomach is not rumbling.

I have a blender also but I strain the shakes through a sieve just incase any lil lumps decide to be awkward lol. I havnt been hungry either and I love even more now cooking for my family. They think its great, cause supper time i'm making them delicous sarnies that I fancy. My hubbies sandwich box has so much variety in it since Ive been on this diet , cook, cook, cook lol Its MAD!! The only thing that I wont cook is bacon because a few years ago my friend who was a veggie, smelt bacon cooking and that turned her back onto meat. So if that can happy to her im not tempting it with me with food!
