oooooooo help!!!

I am struggling soo much today, cant stop thinking about hot buttered toast, pasta, chips,crisps, anything!!!

Just in from work and hand a good size (very good size) handful of nuts to try and curb my cravings. I just feel like a pig out!!!

Dont fancy meat and veg/salad tonight - got a jar of Llyod Grossman chilli sauce - 7.5 carbs per 100g - do you think that will be ok with mince? Think that may make me feel better - love chilli!

Also got in laws over tomorrow night for a meal - any ideas of what I could cook - something tasty? With poss a starter?

Oh god, I have had a fab 4 days, cant believe I feel like this today! Will it pass?! I was so in love with this diet before this afternoon!!!

Sorry your struggling today.

I dont think the sauce would be allowed so why not make your own. Tinned toms, chopped onion, garlic, chilli etc.

I did crave the carbs for a few days but its breaking a habit isnt it, its going to be hard for a while, i hope it passes for you though its hard not to give in but get through it and you will love yourself for it! good luck with the meal tomorrow, im stuck with stir fry and salads at the moment too so sorry i cant be of any help.

Thanks for all your advice. Managed to stick to a chicken stir fry, but have managed to kick myself out of ketosis - gutted! I added some sweet chilli sauce, honey and soy - will that be to blame? Also had some salted cashews earlier - were they it?

Grrr tomo another day. But at least I stuck to the plan.
