I'm sure it wasn't this bad my first time around! I suppose it serves me right for falling off the wagon!

I'm on day 2 again now, can anyone remember how long it is before the headaches go? It was so long ago that i was on day 2...

Can't say I had any headaches, maybe it's because I never really hit the caffeine or carbs much before LT and I drank quite a lot of water anyway.....not as much as now though!!!
