I slipped up a bit this week :cry: :( :sigh: :break_diet: I went to stay at my mums for a few days to sort out things for when I move house next week and I "accidentally" had a doughnut and some chips whilst I was there........okay, okay it wasn't accidental :eek: I'm so ashamed of myself which is why i'm admitting this to all of you so hopefully I wont do it again otherwise i'll have to name and shame myself again.

This is me literally drawing a line under it and moving on
